Watford duo Richarlison and Abdoulaye Doucoure continued their impressive seasons by shining in their side’s 4-1 win against Premier League holders Chelsea at Vicarage Road on Monday night, and Liverpool fans have urged their club to bring the pair to Anfield in the summer.
Doucoure picked up two late assists – meaning he has seven goals and three assists in 25 top flight appearances from central midfield this term, as per Transfermarkt – while Richarlison was a constant threat on the wing and he has five goals and five assists in 26 Premier League matches during the current campaign.
Meanwhile, even though the January transfer window has only just closed, it seems as though Reds fans already have their eye on what business they could potentially do in the summer, and the Anfield faithful have all named the Hornets stars as ones they would like to see arrive on Merseyside.
Liverpool supporters were quick to have their say on their displays against Antonio Conte’s side via social media, and while one said they “both have the ability to progress to a higher level”, another said “they would be a perfect fit to play under Klopp”.
